About The Carpenters
Karen Carpenter had one of the greatest voices in pop. Over 100 million records. Close to You and Weve Only Just Begun are pop perfection. Karen died from anorexia at 32 in 1983. The drumming was as good as the singing. Richard Carpenter arrangements are brilliant.
